Villa Design Modern Style

This villa project showcases the perfect harmony between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The architectural approach draws on modernist principles while incorporating regional materials and craftsmanship traditions.

The design brief called for a residence that would serve as a tranquil retreat while also being suitable for entertaining. The result is a layered composition of spaces that flow seamlessly from the public entrance areas to the most private quarters.

Spatial Organisation

The villa is organised around a central courtyard that draws natural light deep into the plan. This organisational device also provides excellent cross-ventilation, reducing the need for mechanical cooling.

Landscape Integration

The landscape design is considered an integral part of the architectural composition. Terraced gardens, reflecting pools and carefully positioned planting create a sequence of outdoor rooms that complement the interior spaces.
